1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Gimme Care, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.These Terms govern your access to and use of Gimme Care’s platform, including any telehealth services, clinician interactions, and purchases made through the site.

2. Medical Services
Gimme Care provides access to telehealth services that allow users to request an evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional to determine whether prescription treatment is medically appropriate.

  • Gimme Care does not practice medicine and does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
  • All treatment decisions are made solely by the licensed clinician, based on medical judgment and the information you provide.
  • Clinicians may approve, deny, or modify treatment recommendations at their discretion.

No clinician-patient relationship is formed unless and until a licensed clinician reviews your information and accepts responsibility for your care.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
To use Gimme Care’s services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful medical information

You understand that clinicians rely on the information you submit to make medical decisions. Failure to disclose relevant health information, or providing false or misleading information, may result in denial of services or cancellation of an order.

4. Payment Terms (One-Time Purchases Only)
All purchases through Gimme Care are single, one-time transactions.

  • No subscriptions, recurring charges, automatic refills, or ongoing billing are created by using our services.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase and applies only to the specific visit and order you complete.
  • If a clinician approves treatment, your purchase authorizes one one-time charge and one shipment only.
  • No future charges or shipments will occur unless you independently initiate a new visit and complete a new purchase.
  • All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Prescription Medications and Compounding Disclosure
Prescription products available through Gimme Care require:

  • Completion of an online clinician visit
  • Medical approval by a licensed healthcare professional

Some prescribed medications may be compounded medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies.

  • The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not approve compounded drugs and does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality.
  • Compounded medications have not undergone FDA-approved clinical trials to evaluate safety, efficacy, or therapeutic equivalence to FDA-approved medications.
  • Any references to potential benefits relate only to the general mechanisms of action of the active ingredients, not to Gimme Care’s specific compounded formulations.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are not substitutes for FDA-approved medications.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Gimme Care protects your personal and medical information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. We collect, use, and store information only as described in our Privacy Policy, which you should review carefully.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Gimme Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
  • Gimme Care’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

8. Modifications to Terms
Gimme Care may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
