Refund policy
Important Notice
All products and services are sold as one-time purchases. Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed or shipped. All medication sales are final.
General Return Policy
We provide telehealth services and access to prescription medications. Because of health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of medications once they have been dispensed or shipped. Once a medication leaves our facility, we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled. For this reason, returns are not permitted.
All purchases are one-time purchases unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. There are no automatic renewals.
Refund Requests
Refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds are only reviewed in limited situations. To request a refund review, please email us at hi@gimme.care.
You must include your order number, purchase date, and a clear explanation of the issue. Supporting documentation may be required. All requests are reviewed within five to seven business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten to fourteen business days.
Damaged or Defective Medications
If your medication arrives damaged or defective, you must email us at hi@gimme.care within forty-eight hours of delivery.
Photos of the medication and original packaging are required. If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before the medication has been dispensed or shipped. Once a medication has been dispensed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation before shipment, please email us immediately at hi@gimme.care. If the order is successfully canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued within five to seven business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Telehealth consultation fees are non-refundable. This includes cases where a medication is not prescribed. Prescription medications are non-refundable once dispensed, shipped, opened, or used. Orders canceled after shipment are non-refundable. All fulfilled one-time purchases are final.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong medication or an incorrect order, please email us at hi@gimme.care. If confirmed, we will ship the correct medication at no additional cost. Instructions will be provided if a return of the incorrect item is required.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within ten to fourteen business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed.
