Shipping and delivery

1. One-Time Purchase & Shipment
All orders placed through Gimme Care are one-time purchases. Each approved order includes a single shipment only. Gimme Care does not offer subscriptions, automatic refills, recurring deliveries, or ongoing shipment programs. Any additional medication requires a new consultation, new approval, and a separate purchase.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the total price of your purchase. There are no additional shipping fees for standard delivery associated with your one-time order.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Method
Once your consultation is approved and the pharmacy prepares your prescription, your medication typically ships within 1–2 business days after your clinician has reviewed your application. All shipments are sent via two-day air service to support timely delivery and proper handling. Tracking details are provided by email when the shipment departs.

4. Shipping Locations
Gimme Care delivers to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to:
P.O. boxes
APO/FPO addresses
International destinations
Please ensure a valid residential or business address is provided at checkout.

5. Discreet Packaging
Medications are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging designed to protect your privacy. Shipping labels and return information do not disclose the contents or nature of the shipment.

6. Temperature-Controlled Shipping
Certain compounded medications require refrigeration. To maintain proper storage conditions, medications are shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs. Upon delivery, medications should be refrigerated promptly according to the provided instructions.

7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking allows you to monitor delivery progress and estimated arrival.

8. Delivery Issues
If your shipment is delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, please contact support as soon as possible. When appropriate, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement related to that specific order.

9. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply. Please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

10. Signature Requirements
Some shipments may require a signature at delivery based on carrier or security requirements. If you are unavailable to sign, you may be able to coordinate a carrier hold or pickup.
